Job Summary
To drive healthcare innovation and outcomes, the full-time remote Data Scientist II will perform advanced predictive data analytics using big data technologies, develop algorithms, and collaborate with Analytics Engineers to create scalable data solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy predictive models and machine learning solutions using structured and unstructured data
- Provide technical oversight for model development, validation, monitoring, and governance
- Conduct exploratory data analysis and build key data sets to support healthcare initiatives
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field with 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of quantitative analysis experience
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern machine learning frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Databricks and Snowflake for data preparation and model deployment
- Experience with database technologies, including Teradata and Snowflake
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud-based analytics environments
