Data Scientist, Pharmacy
Job Summary
To enhance the analytical engine behind pharmacy data and Part D Star measures, the full-time Data Scientist, Pharmacy will work remotely to apply data science techniques, develop predictive models, and create actionable insights for stakeholders in the Medicare Advantage line of business.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with Pharmacy leadership to identify business problems and propose analytical solutions
- Design dashboards and reporting tools to track Stars measure trajectories and intervention impacts
- Build and deploy predictive models and scalable analytical tools for pharmacy performance evaluation
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of relevant experience in predictive modeling and data analysis
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, R, Scala, or C++
- Demonstrated proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Experience in building data science solutions with measurable outcomes
