Data Scientist - Product Analytics
Job Summary
Owning the analysis of product health metrics, the full-time remote Data Scientist - Product Analytics will define key metrics, design experiments, and collaborate with Product and Growth teams to enhance user engagement and retention across ElevenLabs' platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Define and own product health metrics such as activation, feature adoption, retention, and engagement
- Design, analyze, and communicate results from product experiments including A/B tests and feature launches
- Collaborate with Analytics Engineering and Product teams to translate ambiguous questions into trusted analysis
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a data scientist within a product or growth team, preferably at a product-led company
- Strong proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands-on experience in experimentation and product analytics
- Ability to translate ambiguous product questions into clear, reusable analysis and metrics
- Experience working directly with Product and Growth stakeholders
- Structured thinking with the ability to move quickly while maintaining rigor
