Data Security Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Data Security Architect will define security and privacy architectures for multimodal data pipelines and AI environments, focusing on IAM, Zero Trust, and data-loss controls.

Key responsibilities

• Design identity, authentication, authorization, and privileged-access patterns for various user and service identities
• Translate classification and audit requirements into enforceable security controls across data workflows
• Embed security checks into CI/CD processes, ensuring seamless integration without disrupting platform usability

Required qualifications

• Experience with security architecture for cloud, data, and AI environments
• Proficiency in IAM, Zero Trust, encryption, and secure API practices
• Background in securing sensitive datasets across IT, OT, and third-party workflows
• Ability to collaborate with engineering teams effectively
• Familiarity with RBAC/ABAC and data-sharing controls
