Data Services and EDI Specialist
Job Summary
To support the accuracy and efficiency of client operations, the full-time Data Services and EDI Specialist will manage system configuration, EDI connections, and data operations remotely, ensuring seamless integration and data reliability for the Ottimate platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer backend dimensions and electronic payment profiles to ensure accurate invoice data processing
- Set up and maintain EDI connections, mapping data fields and troubleshooting transmission issues
- Perform bulk data uploads and audits, maintaining data accuracy across client environments
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data operations, technical implementation, or ERP administration
- 2-3 years of hands-on EDI connection experience, with familiarity in ANSI X12 standards
- Experience with data mapping and bulk data management in a SaaS or financial operations environment
- Proficiency in SQL or data-querying tools for troubleshooting data pipeline issues
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities with minimal supervision
