Data Solutions Architect
Job Summary
To drive customer success in the financial services sector, the full-time remote Data Solutions Architect will engage with clients as a trusted advisor, design and deploy comprehensive data solutions, and provide presales support to showcase technical offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their data engineering and architecture strategy with a focus on Databricks solutions
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end data solutions for AI, ML, and business intelligence initiatives
- Partner with sales teams to present technical solutions to prospective clients, demonstrating the value of offerings
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect and/or Senior Data Engineer, with recent experience implementing data solutions on Databricks
- Expertise in data engineering technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) and data science/ML tooling (pandas, scikit-learn)
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, and/or Scala
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
- 4-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
