Data Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Data Specialist will build and maintain data models in BigQuery, ensure the integrity of marketing and sales data pipelines, and manage reporting in Looker Studio while collaborating with various teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain data models and reporting in BigQuery and Looker Studio
- Ensure the health of marketing and sales data pipelines, including platform connectors
- Investigate discrepancies across data layers and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
- Excellent SQL skills, including joins and window functions
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud data warehouses, preferably BigQuery
- Familiarity with dbt and Dataform, including Git-based workflows
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI
