Data Steward
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Steward will verify and maintain the accuracy of complex ownership and franchise data within Salesforce, process property onboarding cases, and support owner account reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise handoff applications and legal documentation
- Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Support Primary Owner Account reviews and handle high-risk Data Change Requests for data validation
Required qualifications
- Strong research instincts with a curiosity for untangling complex ownership structures
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus but not required
- Working proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage a high volume of casework with competing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination
