Data Steward
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Data Steward will verify and maintain the accuracy of complex ownership and franchise data within Salesforce, processing property onboarding cases and supporting owner account reviews.
Key responsibilities
- Process property onboarding cases by reviewing franchise handoff applications and legal documentation to confirm ownership and management details
- Research and verify corporate and franchise ownership structures to ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Support Primary Owner Account reviews and update records for legal amendments to franchise agreements
Required qualifications
- Strong research instincts with a curiosity for untangling complex ownership structures
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy on repetitive tasks
- Comfort with learning and navigating a customized CRM environment; prior Salesforce experience is a plus
- Working proficiency in Excel
- Ability to manage a high volume of casework with competing priorities
