Data-driven and automation-focused, the full-time remote Data Strategy Operations Manager will own the go-to-market data quality strategy, design intelligent workflows, and manage data governance across Salesforce and connected systems.
Key responsibilities
- Set data governance strategy, standards, and source-of-truth hierarchy for GTM data
- Replace high-volume manual tasks with automated and AI-assisted workflows
- Manage a portfolio of data quality and automation projects with clear priorities and outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in Sales Operations, Data Operations, or a similar analytical role
- Hands-on experience building automation with AI or LLM tools
- Strong understanding of data lifecycle management and master data management
- Demonstrated understanding of Salesforce automation and experience with admins
- Proficiency in Excel and a track record of leading data management projects
