Data Support Analyst
Job Summary
To support a dynamic data team, the remote Data Support Analyst will manage production data and reporting issues, troubleshoot using Power BI and SQL, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable reporting requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for production data and reporting issues, including troubleshooting pipeline failures and report errors
- Research and analyze data using Power BI and SQL to resolve discrepancies and answer business questions
- Collaborate with data engineers to enhance data pipelines and build new Power BI reports based on business needs
Required qualifications
- 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
- Experience with SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to gather and document business requirements for reports and dashboards
