Data Support Analyst
Job Summary
Providing technical assistance and support, the remote Data & Systems Support Analyst will manage user training, assist in software testing, and support data reconciliation tasks while collaborating with the development team.
Key responsibilities
- Test code and applications developed by the team to ensure functionality meets business requirements
- Track user-reported issues and ensure timely resolution
- Generate and distribute monthly reports to clients and providers
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or BS degree in Computer Science, Application Development, or Business Technology
- Knowledge of DCF PAM 155-2 data requirements
- Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of the software development cycle
- Experience with Windows, MS Office, and IT Ticketing Systems
- Desire to learn and be mentored by senior leadership
