Database Administrator
Job Summary
To support operational needs, the full-time Database Administrator will manage database services, monitor database health, and resolve incidents while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, create, and maintain database objects in both on-premise and cloud environments
- Monitor database health and respond to operational alerts and backup statuses
- Perform user and security management, ensuring compliance with access controls
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of database administration or development experience
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or higher
- Strong T-SQL skills, including complex queries and stored procedures
- Understanding of database backup, recovery, and high availability concepts
- Familiarity with cloud database services in Azure
