Database Administrator - SQL Server
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Database Architect/DBA specializing in SQL Server and AWS.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and automate database solutions for scalability, performance, and security
- Establish and maintain enterprise data warehouse architecture and oversee data ingestion solutions
- Mentor team members and provide leadership while conducting quality assurance activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 7+ years of professional experience, or equivalent education and experience
- 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator with expert knowledge of MS SQL Server
- 3+ years of experience in database administration with knowledge of AWS infrastructures
- Proven experience in auto-scaling, clustering, and high-performance transactional databases
- Familiarity with cloud-managed database services such as Azure SQL, Amazon RDS, and Snowflake
