Job Summary
Providing advanced technical expertise and leadership, the full-time remote Database Analyst (Oregon Licensed) will analyze, plan, develop, integrate, implement, and maintain database management systems, ensuring efficient and secure operations while collaborating with vendors and overseeing project deliverables.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyze and maintain database management system infrastructure to meet organizational needs
- Collaborate with vendors to evaluate new technologies and ensure compliance with contract specifications
- Oversee project deliverables and coordinate complex IT projects and infrastructure improvements
Required qualifications:
- Six years of information systems experience in enterprise database administration or equivalent education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or comparable relational database management systems
- Strong technical knowledge in database performance tuning, backup and recovery, and security
- Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues and provide technical guidance
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field may substitute for all experience requirements
