Job Summary
As a forward-deployed Database Engineer, the full-time position will engage directly with clients to lead technical pre-sales efforts, architect database migration strategies, and develop scalable solutions in a collaborative remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead technical pre-sales engagements, including workshops and proof-of-concepts, to transform client challenges into validated solutions
- Architect and deliver comprehensive database migration strategies across various AWS services and platforms
- Identify and create reusable architectural patterns that enhance efficiency across customer engagements
Required qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AWS data services and database migration projects
- Deep proficiency in relational database platforms such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle
- Proven ability to architect data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows at scale
- Solid understanding of AWS infrastructure fundamentals relevant to database workloads
