To support a large-scale enterprise cloud migration program, the full-time remote Database Engineer will assess databases for migration readiness, plan and execute complex migrations, and ensure data integrity and performance in target environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assesses databases for migration readiness and compatibility
- Plans and executes complex database migrations
- Troubleshoots database issues during migration and stabilization
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Minimum five years of database administration or database engineering experience
- Experience migrating databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL to Azure or AWS
- Strong skills in performance tuning and troubleshooting
- Experience validating data integrity
