Datacenter Operations Specialist
Job Summary
Owning the operational readiness of physical infrastructure behind a GPU cloud, the full-time Member of Technical Staff - Datacenter Operations will coordinate deployments, hardware maintenance, and incident response with datacenter partners to ensure dependable production infrastructure.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate rack deployment, cabling, inventory, and acceptance testing for new GPU capacity
- Maintain accurate asset records, rack layouts, and spare-parts inventories
- Lead hardware fault triage and coordinate vendor escalations and component replacements
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in datacenter operations, hardware infrastructure, or production systems operations
- Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting rack-mounted servers and networking equipment
- Experience coordinating datacenter providers and hardware vendors
- Working knowledge of Linux diagnostics and server hardware health tools
- Basic scripting skills for operational automation and inventory management
