Datacenter Program Director

Job Summary

Leading the execution of flagship Datacenter projects across North America, the full-time remote Datacenter Program Director will manage a high-value portfolio, ensuring profitability, financial compliance, and stakeholder alignment while overseeing project delivery and team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale datacenter projects, ensuring execution within scope, time, and quality standards
• Maintain accountability for program budgets, driving cost control and managing change orders to optimize profitability
• Act as the primary interface with hyperscalers and key developers, managing governance structures and mitigating risks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in project management, engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience managing complex projects or programs in a comparably sized organization
• Proven track record of leading multi-year, multi-regional projects with large-scale budgets ($1B+)
• Deep understanding of professional project management methodologies for delivering major turnkey projects
• Strong background in complex technical environments, including grid and system studies
