Dayforce Solution Architect
Job Summary
Leading the design and integration strategy for Ceridian Dayforce HCM solutions, the remote contract Dayforce Solution Architect will ensure solution integrity and oversee technical design while partnering with clients and technical teams to deliver scalable architectures across HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits, and Workforce Management.
Key responsibilities
- Design and configure Dayforce HCM solutions to meet client business requirements
- Oversee the integration strategy and ensure successful deployment and optimization of solutions
- Facilitate discovery, blueprinting, and solution design sessions with stakeholders
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience implementing Dayforce HCM solutions as a lead or architect
- Deep expertise in multiple Dayforce modules including Payroll, Time, WFM, Benefits, and HR
- Strong understanding of Dayforce data model, workflows, and security
- Hands-on experience with Dayforce APIs, web services, and integration frameworks
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across various departments including HR, Payroll, and IT
