DBA Faculty Member
Job Summary
Seeking passionate educators, the fully remote DBA Faculty Member will teach doctoral courses, mentor students, and ensure compliance with curricula while providing timely feedback and support to drive student success.
Key responsibilities
- Teach doctoral courses in the MBA/DBA program and monitor curricula for compliance
- Mentor doctoral students and provide qualitative and quantitative feedback on assessments
- Conduct proactive outreach to students through various communication methods
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Business Administration degree
- Five or more years of substantial doctoral college teaching experience
- Experience with competency-based education and online teaching methodologies
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with learning management systems, preferably Canvas
