DC Consultant
Job Summary
To support the USI Consulting Group's DC Practice, the remote DC Consultant will manage a significant book of clients, provide expert guidance on retirement plan features, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with high-profile and complex client accounts
- Process complex plan transactions, including rollovers, distributions, and loans, while verifying data accuracy
- Resolve client and participant inquiries in a timely manner and manage compliance and regulatory reports
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in employee benefits or defined contribution retirement/recordkeeping
- Bachelor's degree in business or finance preferred
- Experience with Schwab Retirement Technologies (SRT) or similar recordkeeping systems
- Understanding of defined contribution compliance work, including testing and 5500s
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
