DCIM Administrator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) Administrator - Infrastructure Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the deployment of CAPEX investments to ensure infrastructure scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver on group initiatives
• Administer and manage the Nlyte Workflow/Work Order processes for physical MAC tickets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management or DCIM administration
• Direct experience administering a workflow or change management system in a multi-site environment
• High proficiency in physical inventory control and familiarity with data center infrastructure
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or basic SQL
