Deal Desk Analyst
Job Summary
To support sales operations, the full-time Deal Desk Analyst will manage complex deal strategies, enforce compliance, and collaborate across functions in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a business partner to Sales and Finance, developing strategies for complex deals focused on financial compliance
- Enforce approvals for non-standard deals while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Legal teams
- Drive decision reviews and manage systematic CRM workflows related to Deal Desk sales engagement
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, or contract administration
- High proficiency in MS Office, GSuite, and Salesforce (CPQ experience is a plus)
- Experience in a SaaS or high-tech company is preferred
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
