Job Summary
To support scalable sales operations, the contracted Deal Desk CPQ Consultant will work remotely for 3-4 months, focusing on validating CPQ functionality, troubleshooting workflows, and ensuring alignment with business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Test and validate Zuora CPQ functionality, including quoting, pricing, approvals, and deal configurations
- Identify issues, troubleshoot workflows, and recommend improvements
- Partner with Sales and Deal Desk stakeholders to ensure CPQ processes align with business requirements
Required qualifications:
- Hands-on CPQ and Deal Desk experience
- Strong commercial background, with experience working directly with Sales teams
- Experience supporting CPQ testing, implementation, or optimization
- B2B SaaS experience, particularly with subscription-based pricing and recurring revenue
- Strong communication skills to work directly with sales-facing teams
