Job Summary
As a strategic partner supporting the sales organization, the full-time remote Deal Structuring Manager will design innovative commercial models, manage complex negotiations, and optimize deal processes to drive value for both customers and the company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement creative commercial structures for high-level strategic deals
- Draft specialized commercial language in contracts while ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Identify and resolve deal cycle bottlenecks to ensure timely closures and improve process efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field; MBA or JD is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in Deal Desk
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for financial modeling
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and CPQ systems
- Proven ability to interface with senior-level and executive management
