Dealer Operations and Collections Representative

Job Summary

Supporting dealer partners in a fully remote capacity, the full-time Dealer Operations and Collections Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications regarding receivable balances, billing discrepancies, and payment validations while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute communications with dealers regarding statements, payment instructions, and cancellation requests
• Analyze data and collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper collection and distribution of customer balances and refunds
• Provide exceptional service while resolving dealer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in the Auto Finance field or Auto Dealer Services preferred
• Previous experience in Collections, Call Center, or Auto Dealership roles preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Intermediate to advanced typing and data entry processing skills
