Job Summary
Handling the entire licensing and insurance process for Dealers, the remote Dealer Services Licensing Specialist will ensure all licensing and insurance is active and up to date while reviewing applications and fielding inquiries regarding license requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify dealer information and documentation in operating systems
- Coordinate with staff to resolve verification and documentation issues with dealers
- Monitor and track license status changes, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 1 year of experience in marketing or sales, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software
- Ability to interpret financial reports and legal documents
- Strong problem-solving skills in varied situations with limited standardization
