Job Summary
Supporting all functions related to NSCC and dealer operations, the full-time Dealer Services Operations Specialist will monitor transaction reports, coordinate settlements, and assist with broker dealer inquiries while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor reports and files to ensure successful posting of transactions and resolve failed trades
- Process dealer updates and coordinate changes in the shareholder recordkeeping system
- Retrieve and manipulate system-generated reports to address client and broker dealer requests
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Experience within the mutual fund industry
- Knowledge of mutual fund transfer agent operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered
