Job Summary
To oversee the day-to-day operations of the after-school class program while also serving as an instructor, the full-time Debate Class Operations Manager will manage parent communications, coordinate scheduling, and maintain teaching quality standards in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, ensuring timely and professional communication
- Coordinate substitute instructors and manage scheduling across the class program
- Teach classes as part of the regular schedule while managing and supporting a team of approximately 30 part-time instructors
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of competitive debate experience
- Experience in education
- Availability to work one weekend day
- Availability for afternoon and evening hours, typically 2:00-10:00 PM CT
