Job Summary
Supporting the Structuring team remotely, the full-time salaried Debt Capital Markets Associate will manage transaction structuring execution, including modeling and documentation, while interfacing with clients and capital providers in the renewable energy sector.
Key responsibilities
- Support transaction structuring execution across debt mandates, including modeling, diligence coordination, and documentation
- Conduct capital structure, pricing, and credit analysis across renewable energy asset classes
- Interface directly with capital providers, developers, sponsors, and external advisors to drive transactions from intake through term sheets
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS a plus
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and structuring skills, with mastery of core valuation and credit concepts
- Familiarity with capital markets instruments used in clean infrastructure
- Willingness to obtain FINRA SIE, Series 79, and 63 under broker-dealer sponsorship
