Debt Capital Markets Associate

Job Summary

Supporting the Structuring team, the full-time Debt Capital Markets Associate will manage transaction structuring execution, advisory mandates, and capital analysis in a remote environment, focusing on renewable energy and energy transition financing.

Key responsibilities

• Support transaction structuring execution across debt mandates, including modeling, diligence coordination, and documentation
• Conduct capital structure, pricing, and credit analysis across renewable energy asset classes
• Interface directly with capital providers, developers, sponsors, and external advisors to drive transactions from intake through term sheets

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or MS is a plus
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in renewable energy, structured finance, infrastructure investing, or investment banking
• Demonstrated exposure to capital markets and/or project finance transactions
• Strong financial modeling and structuring skills, with mastery of core valuation and credit concepts
• Familiarity with capital markets instruments used in clean infrastructure, including structured debt and project-level financing
