Debt Consultant

Job Summary

To support customers facing significant unsecured debt, the full-time remote Debt Consultant will manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, lead consultative conversations to guide clients through financial decisions, and drive efficient decision-making to close opportunities, often within 1-2 interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture and explain debt resolution strategies
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while guiding customers through complex financial decisions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in consultative or financial sales environments
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
• Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
• High School diploma or equivalent
