Debt Consultant

Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers, the full-time Debt Consultant will guide clients through personalized financial solutions while working remotely from the Dallas and Houston metro areas.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage a pipeline of customers from initial contact through enrollment
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's financial situation and explain debt resolution strategies
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in consultative or financial sales environments
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
• Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
• High School diploma or equivalent
