Job Summary

Managing a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers, the full-time Debt Consultant will guide clients through personalized financial solutions while working remotely and balancing empathy and education in consultative conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt customers from initial contact through enrollment
• Lead consultative conversations to understand customers' financial situations and explain debt resolution strategies
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls, while meeting sales goals

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in consultative or financial sales environments
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
• Confidence discussing financial situations and long-term outcomes
• High School diploma or equivalent
