Job Summary

Guiding customers through personalized financial solutions, the full-time remote Debt Consultant will manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities, leading consultative conversations to help individuals regain control over their unsecured debt.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage a pipeline of high-debt, high-intent customers from initial contact through enrollment
• Lead consultative conversations to understand each customer's full financial picture and explain debt resolution strategies
• Drive efficient decision-making and close opportunities, often within 1-2 calls while meeting sales goals

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably in consultative or financial sales environments
• Proven success in a commission-driven role with consistent goal attainment
• Strong ability to navigate both emotional and analytical conversations
• Experience managing a pipeline and prioritizing opportunities effectively
• High School diploma or equivalent
