Debt Specialist

Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Debt Specialist, responsible for reviewing financial statements, assisting clients with their financial situations, and maintaining consultative relationships to facilitate enrollment in programs aimed at achieving financial independence.

Key responsibilities

• Review financial statements and credit reports to assess client eligibility
• Assist customers by gathering information and presenting potential solutions
• Maintain a consultative relationship with clients throughout the enrollment process

Required qualifications

• 3 years of continuous sales experience, preferably in inside or phone sales
• Commissioned sales experience with a proven track record of success
• Lending experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred but not required
