Job Summary

Leading a team of decision scientists, the full-time salaried Decision Science Manager will oversee strategic analyses for the Enterprise area, focusing on performance marketing, candidate quality signals, and cross-functional partnerships, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of decision scientists, setting clear expectations and aligning projects with company goals
• Lead technical analyses and establish methodological standards, ensuring the right level of rigor for decision-making
• Own the decision science agenda for the Enterprise area, partnering with stakeholders to define analytical priorities and evaluate initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics
• 6+ years of analytics or data science experience in a product or tech environment
• 1+ years of people management experience with responsibility for performance and career development
• Experience with A/B testing and causal inference methods in low-data situations
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data analysis to measurable business outcomes
