Job Summary
Partnering with clients and internal teams, the full-time remote Decision Support Analyst will transform complex marketing data into actionable insights, develop reporting solutions, and drive informed decision-making to enhance client success.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients regarding analytics, reporting, and campaign management solutions
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide business insights, while developing and maintaining various reporting solutions
- Support the execution and analysis of marketing campaigns, ensuring accuracy and adherence to service-level agreements
Required qualifications
- Typically 8+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Advanced experience in marketing analytics, reporting, and business intelligence
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret large datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
- Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms and large-scale data environments
- Proven experience in building and supporting recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions
