Deductions Analyst
Job Summary
Managing the complex deduction resolution process, the remote Deductions Analyst will collaborate with customers and internal teams to analyze claims, validate deductions, and ensure timely closure of customer claims.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deduction resolution through collaboration with customers, sales, and finance teams
- Analyze customer deduction details to determine claim validity in line with company terms
- Generate and review the Deductions Ageing Report, ensuring claims are closed within set timeframes
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of experience in the CPG industry or trade promotion
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with major retail portals is a plus
- Proficiency in SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred
