Deductions Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely while being local to the Coppell, TX area, the full-time Deductions Analyst will manage the complex deduction resolution process, analyze customer deduction details, and ensure timely closure of claims and deductions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the deduction resolution process through collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders
- Analyze customer deduction details to determine claim validity in alignment with business terms
- Generate and review the Deductions Ageing Report to ensure claims are closed within predefined timeframes
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree strongly preferred
- 2-4 years of work experience in the CPG industry and/or trade promotion experience preferred
- Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Proficiency in SAP, BW, and Business Objects preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
