Deductions Coordinator

Job Summary

Researching and resolving customer deductions, the remote Deductions Coordinator will manage trade promotion validations and discrepancies, ensuring accurate records and minimizing revenue leakage.

Key responsibilities:

• Review, audit, and validate customer deductions for trade promotions and pricing discrepancies
• Research and resolve unauthorized deductions through chargebacks or repayment requests
• Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to obtain documentation and resolve discrepancies

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of two years of experience in deductions management or accounts receivable
• Working knowledge of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems and trade mechanics
• Experience using ERP systems, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
• Experience with major retail customers and chargeback or vendor portals
