Deductions Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting financial business services processes, the full-time Deductions Specialist will ensure timely research and resolution of customer deductions while working in a hybrid environment based in Frisco, TX, with in-office days from Tuesday to Thursday and remote work on Monday and Friday.

Key responsibilities

• Research and resolve customer deductions in accordance with policies and procedures
• Process credit memos, offset balances, and other financial documentation accurately and timely
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales teams to gather necessary information and reduce recurring deductions

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in finance or accounting, particularly in account receivables or deductions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience with financial software, preferably High Radius Cloud or similar platforms
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly and manage competing priorities
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
