Deep-Tech Venture Creation Leader
Job Summary
Leading the venture creation platform, the full-time Head of Venture Creation will guide multidisciplinary teams to build and scale deep-tech companies, working remotely while focusing on transforming breakthrough technologies into viable products and securing necessary funding.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate venture pod teams through the Venture Development Pathway from identifying industry problems to scaling new ventures
- Work directly with founders and engineers to define products, develop commercialization strategies, and drive early commercial traction
- Mentor team members and develop frameworks for building deep-tech companies, enhancing the overall venture creation model
Required qualifications
- Proven experience building and operating venture-backed deep-tech companies from zero to one
- Experience as a founder, CEO, or senior executive responsible for product development and company growth
- Demonstrated success in raising over $10M in venture capital across multiple funding rounds
- Strong capability in translating complex technologies into marketable products
- Familiarity with non-dilutive funding sources and commercialization of technologies from research institutions
