Defense Tech Project Manager
Job Summary
To support growth initiatives, the full-time Defense Tech Project Manager will coordinate Program Management Review (PMR) activities, consolidate status updates, and prepare executive-level reporting while working remotely with occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the cadence, agenda, materials, and reporting for recurring Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Consolidate updates from technical leads and stakeholders into a clear reporting narrative
- Track actions, risks, decisions, and dependencies to completion while escalating issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 5 years of program management, project coordination, or related experience
- Experience supporting technology, defense, or complex cross-functional programs preferred
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred
- Familiarity with Department of Defense or Federal Government programs is a plus
