Defined Contribution Reviewer

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Defined Contribution Reviewer will manage a small portfolio of retirement plan clients while reviewing plan administration, compliance testing, calculations, and documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Review defined contribution plan valuations, administration projects, and calculations for accuracy and compliance
• Conduct annual nondiscrimination and compliance testing, including various IRS and DOL requirements
• Serve as a technical resource for colleagues, providing guidance on complex retirement plan administration and compliance matters

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, preferably in a Third-Party Administration (TPA) environment
• Strong working knowledge of 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plans
• Advanced understanding of ERISA regulations and applicable IRS and DOL requirements
• Experience in reviewing retirement plan documents and identifying compliance opportunities
• ASPPA or other relevant industry credentials, such as QPA, QKA, or ERPA, are a plus
