Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the hybrid Delaware Licensed Business Litigation Associate will assist with all phases of complex civil litigation, including drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and participating in court proceedings while collaborating with experienced litigators.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with all phases of complex civil litigation from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and legal memoranda while conducting legal research
- Communicate directly with clients, providing strategic guidance and case updates
Required qualifications
- Admission to practice in Delaware required
- Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in defense or commercial litigation
- Experience managing discovery and e-discovery processes
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced litigation environment
