Job Summary
Managing Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation claims, the full-time remote Senior Claims Specialist will investigate claims, determine compensability, negotiate settlements, and develop effective resolution strategies while working Eastern Time Zone business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Manage workers' compensation claims from inception through resolution
- Analyze claim facts to evaluate coverage, compensability, and benefits eligibility
- Negotiate settlements and develop strategies for timely claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation claims adjusting experience
- Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania and Delaware workers' compensation laws and practices
- Delaware workers' compensation license is required
- Professional industry designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC) are preferred
- Ability to work Eastern Time Zone business hours and travel occasionally as needed
