Working with a leading Corporate/M&A partner, the full-time salaried Delaware Licensed Corporate Associate will handle a variety of transactions, including joint ventures, and represent buyers and sellers in middle market transactions valued between $50 million and $1 billion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and advise on corporate transactions, including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions
- Represent clients in negotiations and deal structuring across various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support investment management and finance initiatives
Required qualifications
- 4-8 years of experience in Corporate and M&A law at an AM Law 100 firm
- Proven track record in handling a variety of transaction structures, including joint ventures
- Experience representing clients in middle market transactions valued between $50 million and $1 billion
- Familiarity with investment management, finance, and related legal areas
- Delaware bar admission
