Job Summary
To support a growing virtual practice, the part-time Delaware Licensed Menopause Provider will conduct synchronous video visits, assess symptoms, formulate individualized care plans, and collaborate with a multi-specialty team to deliver comprehensive care for patients navigating perimenopause and menopause transitions.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct synchronous video visits to provide comprehensive medical care for patients
- Assess symptoms and prescribe/manage medications, including hormone therapy and non-hormonal options
- Collaborate with registered dietitians and therapists to ensure integrated care plans that enhance patient outcomes
Required qualifications:
- Active Advanced Practice Provider (APP) license as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM), Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP), or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
- Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in perimenopause and menopause care
- Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week
- Proficiency using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records (EMR)
- Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making capabilities
